Filming Location & Shuttle Bus (Round-trip): Boarding Location: IN THE SOOP Official Merchandise Store(Center Plaza 2F @PHOENIX PARK). IN THE SOOP shuttle bus operates according to the shuttle bus time schedule, so please check the shuttle bus time schedule below. Hours: 14:00, 15:30, 09:30(next day), 11:00(next day), 12:30(next day), round-trip. Pre-reservation is required and you may only use the bus for the time you have booked. On-site reservation is not available. And shuttle bus can accommodate up to 24 passengers per 1 time. After completing the package reservation, shuttle bus reservation email will be sent within hours(If you haven’t received the mail, please send an email to our reservation team). Operation could be delayed or canceled in the case of rain, accidents, or bad weather, etc. If you cancel your room reservation, your shuttle bus reservation will also be automatically canceled. Other types of vehicles including private vehicles other than the shuttle bus are not permitted. IN THE SOOP STAY: BTS ver. Filming Location Tour is closed every Wednesday. Please make a reservation after checking this. On Wednesday when the tour is closed, Tuesday guests can tour only on Tuesdays. On Wednesday when the tour is closed, Wednesday guests can tour only on Thursdays. Cancellation/Change regulation. We require 7 days pre-notification on cancellation before the reserved date. Otherwise, cancellation fee will be charged as below. You can cancel or change your schedule without penalty up to 7 days before your arrival date. 10% penalty for cancellation 6 days ~ 4 days before the arrival date. 20% penalty for cancellation 3 days ~ 2 days before the arrival date. 50% penalty for cancellation 1 day before the arrival date. 80% penalty for cancellation on the day of arrival date.
