We provide assistance with the treatment and transportation of emergency patients.
For minor injuries, we offer guidance on wound disinfection and care, provide basic medications, and guide guests to nearby pharmacies.

  • In the event of an emergency, please call 119 first and then contact the nearest medical office.
  • For minor abrasions or bruises occurring in guest rooms, on-site dispatch by medical staff may be limited. Please request on-site assistance only in emergency situations.(such as cardiac arrest)
