First Aid Room

We assist with the treatment and transfer of emergency patients.
For minor injuries, we provide consultation on disinfection and wound care, offer basic medical supplies, and guide guests to nearby pharmacies.

Operational Guidelines

Hours are subject to change depending on circumstances.
In case of a medical emergency, please call 119 first, then contact the nearest first aid room.
For minor injuries such as abrasions or bruises occurring in guest rooms, staff may not be able to respond on-site. On-site assistance is available only in critical emergencies.(e.g., cardiac arrest)
For incidents occurring outside of the water park(Blue Canyon), such as in guest rooms, the lawn plaza, or luge land, please contact the youth hostel first aid room.
