Terms of use
For your safety, we hereby inform you of the following terms of use, so please abide by them.
Operating policy
- Guests can use the room garden for free, and there is no limit to the number of uses.
- Free use is limited after check-out.
- If the required number of people is exceeded, the number of users will be limited, and if admission is restricted, waiting or use may not be possible.
- It will operate normally in case of rain, but use may be restricted depending on weather conditions.
- Strollers, wheelchairs, and carriers are not allowed in the indoor swimming pool.(They can be stored at the admission desk.)
- Entry/exit is only possible through the desk on the first floor of Building A, but customers with reduced mobility(if use of a wheelchair is unavoidable) may enter/exit the outdoor pool with a guardian under the guidance of the desk staff.
- Children over 48 months old or over 100cm in height are not allowed to enter/exit with members of the opposite sex or bathe together.
- Due to the risk of deformation or damage to swimsuits, a dehydrator is not provided. Plastic bags are provided to store wet swimsuits.
Safety
- Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by an adult guardian, and entry will be restricted if unaccompanied.
- Children under 130cm in height must wear a life jacket and be accompanied by an adult guardian.
- If you have consumed food or drink, please get enough rest before entering the water.
- The swimming pool disinfectant may cause allergies, so customers with related allergies should refrain from using it.
- Running or diving is strictly prohibited, and if you repeat dangerous actions despite the guidance of a safety guard, you may be asked to leave for the safety of other customers.
- Bringing in sharp or breakable objects and using pins(flippers) is prohibited.
- It is possible to bring in toys such as snorkels/masks and water guns, but if they pose a threat to the safety of other customers or cause inconvenience, safety personnel may restrict their use.
- Only tubes less than 100cm in diameter can be brought in and used.
(Large tubes with wide bottoms, such as bed-type/boat-type tubes, cannot be brought in or used. They cannot be stored in the swimming pool, so they must be completely deflated and stored in a personal locker.) - For safe use, please fully cooperate with the guidance of safety guards and staff.
Dress code
- If you wear bathroom slippers in your room, entry may be restricted at the admission desk.
- It is mandatory to wear a swimsuit(including rash guard) when entering the water.
- Swimming caps should be worn autonomously, if you have long hair, please tie it up before entering the pool.
(Only clothing classified as swimwear on the market is considered swimsuit, and use may be restricted when wearing clothing made of functional materials.) - For infants under 36 months, be sure to wear a waterproof diaper before wearing a swimsuit.
(You cannot use it while wearing only waterproof diapers. Waterproof diapers can be purchased at the admission desk.) - Please refrain from wearing accessories that may cause injury to other customers or may be lost.
- You cannot wear shoes such as slippers, Crocs, or sandals, but you can wear aqua shoes.
(If you wear aqua shoes in the room or outside, your use may be restricted, so please wear them inside the swimming pool.)
Food/Drinks
- Bringing in or consuming outside food/drinks is not allowed.(Mineral water and baby food only)
- You can use the water purifier provided in the locker.
Shooting
- Use is restricted for commercial filming, and staff can view the content of the footage.
- Photography devices, including mobile phones, are not allowed to take pictures underwater in the pool or inside the lacquer.
- Excessive photography that causes inconvenience to other guests may be sanctioned by safety personnel.
- Live broadcasting or filming without prior consultation is not permitted, and may be considered as infringing on the portrait rights of other customers or employees and may result in legal sanctions.
Etiquette
- To maintain clean water quality, please bathe after showering.
- If you have used tanning oil, lotion, sunscreen, or cosmetics, please be sure to use the pool after cleansing.
- Please return the rented items to the designated location.
